spam messages problem


There are regularly comes many spam messages in my account. how can i avoid my mailbox from these spam messages.

Antispam also referred to as SpamAssassin can solve your problem.
Antispam trace, filter out and delete spam messages coming to your mailbox. It doesn’t delete messages recognized as spam but only marks them as spam and delivers them in a regular way, which is why these messages also count against your summary traffic.

To manage antispam for the entire account:

1. Select Account settings in the Account menu.
2. Click to add antispam resource for all mailboxes or for all mail resources (box, forward, alias, responder) in this account.
3. You can delete all antispams in this account by clicking the Trash icon.

To manage antispam at the level of maildomains

1. Go to the Mail Info menu and select the mail domain from the drop-down box.
2. Click Go and you will see the mail service details of the chosen mail domain
3. On the page you will be taken to, add antispam either for all mailboxes of this mail domain or for all mail resources (box, forward, alias, responder).
If necessary, you can delete all antispams under this mail domain by clicking the Trash icon.
4. Clicking the antispam icon will let you configure antispam settings for mail resources.
5. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

To configure antispam protection for a mail resource:

1. Click the e-mail address in the E-mail list on the Mail Controls page.
2. Check the AntiSpam box.
3. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
4. On the Mail Controls page click the Antispam icon in the Resources included column:

6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

many e-mails with viruses comes to my account . how can i detect and delete these virus.

Antivirus checks incoming mail for viruses and if detects any, sends e-mail notification about it and deletes the virus mail. Antivirus resource can be enabled for all mail domains in your account, for specific maildoman and for mail resources of specific maildomain.

Payment Systems require that users make payments through their payment web page.

Once you have registered an account with such a gateway, you enter the account details in H-Sphere. When clients select a web payment system during signup, H-Sphere passes account ID, amount payable, and possibly other details to the gateway. The user is then taken to the gateway’s web control panel to enter the credit card number and complete the transaction. When H-Sphere receives a payment notification, it creates the account.

Since H-Sphere doesn’t store credit card numbers of customers using web payment systems, further payments are also made outside H-Sphere.

1. Register an online account with this web payment system.
2. In H-Sphere admin control panel, select Merchant Gateways in the Settings menu

To set custom regional settings:

  1. Select Regional Options in the Look and Feel menu.
  2. On the page that appears, enter preferred locale settings
  3. Click Submit and take a look at the values in the Appearance samples box to see how your changes will affect monetary amounts throughout the control panel.

Your regional settings will affect control panels of your direct end users. Resellers can set their own currency in their admin control panels.

u can add MRTG service when u have installed H-Sphere 2.5 and higher. If you haven’t done it with the installation or if you installed H-Sphere by updating from a version under H-Sphere 2.5 (which didn’t have MRTG service yet), you need to add this service later. This procedure will result in installing the hsphere-mrtg-rrd system package on a target H-Sphere box, and MRTG logical server will appear in the H-Sphere interface (in the E. Manager -> L. Servers menu). If you plan that your resellers lease their own dedicated servers, besides the ones that belong to you, and that servers’ traffic data is displayed properly to their end users, make sure to add a Service IP to this server.

Merchant Gateway Manager allows you to setup different merchant gateway accounts for different types of credit cards (like VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). In this way you can maximize your profits by processing every type of credit card with the gateway that offers the lowest rate for this type of card.

Before configuring a merchant gateway, register an account with a supported merchant gateway.

Setting Up Merchant Gateways

Once you have registered an account with a credit card processing center, you can set up a merchant gateway to your H-Sphere configuration

  1. Select Merchant Gateway in the Settings menu
  2. A page will appear If you need to test H-Sphere billing without making real charges, select Dummy Gateway in the Add new gateway box and use it in the subsequent configuration steps.
