What are the storage related issues with dedicated server?Friends at CpWebhosting suggest me some some good ways to increase and maintain the storage of dedicated server?

Choosing the right size will very much depend on your purpose and applications. However, no matter the size, the speed (access and seek times) of the hard disk will need to be relatively fast to store and retrieve data.Your server should be very fast in delivering data.
If the dedicated server will be used for mission-critical applications then a RAID set up would serve its purpose.

Ok,but i think having too many hard disks may make the server little clumpsy.Then what is the advantage of having too many hard disks?
If one hard disk fails, then other hard-disks prevent the important data losses from this hard disk.
