Always choose that reseller which is in this business from a long time.Because if anyhow he suffers a loss and decided to close his account anytime,then you will also suffer from his decision as you may lose your code and backups.So you have to be very perticular while choosing your web service provider.
However once your account is set-up all of your technical questions and support issues will be handled by the host and not the reseller.
