hi, i want to assign a Web Application to a web directory.what should i do for it?

To assign a Web Application to a web directory go to the Web Service page for this domain and click Edit next to Web Directories Settings.Then on the page that appears, click to enable Web Application for the chosen Web Directory.
After it choose Application Pool from the drop-down box and click Submit.Finally,
Confugure web directory resources.
