I am not able to understand why cpwebhosting.net support guys sometimes call my domain as the subdomain?

It also depends on the reference in which they are talking this, ad teh domain name consists of :
a subdomain name : like the name of your domain
and a top level domain like com for commercial bussiness site
edu for the educational institutes
