SiteGeek has evolved as a multifaceted image building for various hosting industries. SiteGeek.com is coming up with the lead role of constantly informing about the policies, plans, and latest developments of Hosting companies for hosting customers and collecting feedback from them. Feedback is based on the company’s SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).

SiteGeek plays the role of public relations in evaluating the visitor’s attitude with the Reviews module. Also, researchers are involved in identifying policies and procedures of various hosting companies in the interest of customers and trying to measure their understanding and acceptance of them.

SiteGeek.com plays a vital role in creating the environment between the visitors and hosting companies. Visitors’ opinion is supreme. Thus, SiteGeek is getting visitors’ participation in reviewing the various policies and procedures followed by Hosting companies.

The main objective of SiteGeek.com is to develop the strengths and weaknesses of Hosting Companies. Most companies must excel in one or two areas to increase competition to the top companies listed. We get emails from the Manager to list their companies. We generate the reports affecting their position; once they start working on those factors, their ranking automatically starts creeping. SiteGeek.com is a site that looks at all the perspective parts, which most hosting companies cannot take care of due to being wholly immersed in day-to-day assignments.

Hosting Company Review Report Card

On SiteGeek, we have been grading the Hosting company to come up with each dimension. The process is being repeated in competitors’ companies. This helps us understand the relative strength of the hosting companies in the marketplace.

SiteGeek has been developing technologies to rate and review to make it easy for search web hosting companies. They are currently monitoring 100 million websites and collecting stats for the 40k hosting companies worldwide with various parameters, which include

  • number of clients
  • some clients lost.
  • up time’s & downtimes
  • website speeds
  • popularity based on traffic
  • data from social media and overall sentiment analysis.

They have come up with many other stats with all this big data we are collecting, e.g. most popular CMS, largest hosting companies, etc.

Following Systematic Way in SiteGeek

We have been working for the last three months to develop a system to educate the Hosting Customers in choosing the right Hosting company. The team of researchers has been working to create a systematic process that could be followed to make decisions. A lot of work goes into selecting characteristics that could be considered in the ranking process of branding. It’s all about the customer relationship, so we have included the Reviews module. We will use the newsletters provided by the company to deliver the benefits customers truly desire. In the hosting industry, ‘Pricing’ matters a lot; we will use a price comparison module to reflect consumers’ perception of value.

Artificial Intelligence

The Ministry of Defence has initiated the process of preparing Indian defence forces to use artificial intelligence (AI). To study the whole gamut of issues on the implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on National security and defence needs, a multi-stakeholder Task Force on Strategic Implementation of Artificial Intelligence for National Security and Defence represented by members from the Government, Defence Services, Academia, Industry Professionals, Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs), National Cyber Security Coordinator (NCSC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and Start-ups was constituted in February 2018.

Task Force has studied research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and outlined its adoption in the defence sector, including a future roadmap on integrating and embedding AI strategy with a core defence strategy.

Also, the Defence Public Sector Undertakings and Ordnance Factories have been assigned a roadmap for developing AI-enabled products.

There is no specific fund allocation every year. However, funds are allocated for various projects on a case-to-case basis. Some of the projects are as follows:

  • A project has been sanctioned to the Centre for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics (CAIR), a DRDO-based laboratory, to develop AI-based solutions for signal intelligence to enhance intelligence collation and analysis capabilities of the armed forces. The total cost of the project is Rs.73.9 crore.
  • A project named Energy Harvesting Based Infrared Sensor Network for Automated Human Intrusion Detection (EYESIRa), which is partially based on the principles of IoT, has been sanctioned for Rs.1.8 crore.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) based tools would aid the defence forces constructively in areas such as decision support, sensor data analysis, predictive maintenance, situational awareness, accurate data extraction, security, etc. These tools will assist defence personnel in better operations, maintenance, and logistics support.

Raksha Rajya Mantri Dr. Subhash Bhamre gave this information in a written reply to Shri PR. Senthil Nathan and others in Lok Sabha today.

Video Marketing Launchpad

Video Marketing Launchpad

Marketers pay close attention to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter for promoting brands and products. They thoroughly monitor their competitors using reverse engineering and copy topics, themes, and information available. Furthermore, prepare a list of distribution channels on which competitors are active and try to gather the report of the response they are getting through reviews and suggestions.

Everybody wants to do better and be a step ahead of their competitors. Hence, the ultimate goal is to make exciting videos with accurate, up-to-date content, adding more value than that of competitors.

Don’t overload the videos with a lot of information. Instead, concentrate on an easy-to-understand format by putting diagrams, excellent little outlines that flash from time to time, graphics, and sound cues & quality. Your viewer should never get bored or feel heavy.

Essentials – Video Marketing Launchpad

Call-To-Action

You must grab the viewer’s attention, connect with them, and finally tell them what is next to do. The great call-to-action should be prominent and prominently visible, i.e., a click a link to buy or ‘write a review, feedback or comment’ or ‘Order Now’. People undoubtedly appreciate and acknowledge if the video benefits or an outcome they seek.

Quality

Sometimes, amateur hand-made personal videos without slick and smooth corporate packaging go viral. Why? Because they are packed with grass-root solutions that niche target audiences are looking for.

Video file name, title, sub-title, description & keywords

The value of these elements is attention-grabbing; hence, it should flow naturally, creating context and talking about the video.

Produce Videos – Video Marketing Launchpad

  • Software-driven solution: The quickest way to turn articles into videos or slideshows based on the keywords of the text. However, videos prepared using the software are unpopular, as they lack a personal touch.
  • White-board videos or Videoscribe: involve black and white computer-generated hand drawings with a manual look used for explainer videos, product reviews, or short animated ads. The software pulls the pictures and creates the illusion that it is drawing, but actually, it is preloaded. The voiceovers and music further enhance such videos. The software is shipped with a library of easily customizable cartoon images.
  • Personality-Focussed Videos: The best type of video for marketing purposes and to build trust. A direct human-to-human connection with the richness and intimacy of the human voice features it. The video needs a solid script and good narration skills; this is a bit expensive to make.
