Get logged in to your control panel, In the Quick Access menu, under Statistics, find your Billing Period, and click on CHANGE icon. In a new form that will appear, select new billing period from dropdown menu.

I have Linux web hosting plan, and the space available to me is just 500 MB, I have 4 websites, well, I know, that 500 MB space is sufficient for these sites, but, can anybody, tell me how to save space, so that if in a future any addition to these websites is done, I may not be short of disk space.

Well, I think you need to properly manage disk space by removing old content or unnecessary files & pages. Also it is good policy to use images/files modified for web, using compression tools and compressed formats.

Is sending mails to my subscribers is a spasm ?

Whenever you are sending messages to your subscribers, just add a small “trailer” to each message. This usually would contain information on how to unsubscribe from the list, or some important subscribers information. This info will go with all mailing list messages, and it is good way of informing all subscribers at once.

It is prudent if you if you use different addresses for each subsription method.

From your control menu, Quick Acess click on the e-mail icon. A form will appear click on the List icon. On the right side of the same form you will now see properties of your mailing list. Find Message Trailer section and click on ADD icon. New form will appear, where you can enter your Message Trailer text.
This trailer will be added to each of your message.
