Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is done by sending a Cancellation Request through the use of support ticket system. Cancelling before the end of term attracts Early Termination Fees which is around 25% of total fees. Mission Critical Cloud services can be terminated in parts or whole. For cancellation of On Demand Services, the client has to use ticket system for sending Cancellation Request.
