First of all get logged into your control panel, and from the billing section, click on the billing info icon, a new window will appear. From here you can change your billing profile from Check to Credit Card, from Credit card to Check, and your Contact info.

From your control panel, Billing section, click on the billing info, a new window will appear in which you would be able to view your current billing info. In front of Edit Billing Profile, a combo box is given, click on the drop down button of that. Select the credit card and click on the Edit button given in front of that, a new window will appear from where you can change your billing contact and info.
To change the Credit card, click on the drop down button of the combo box, given in front the Type, and select the Card. Provide the card info and click on the Add button to make changes.
You will get back to your billing info form, but now you have new options to choose from. By default new Credit Card info is active, but if you had Check payment enabled before, you now can choose if you will remove old billing profile from the system, or if you will keep it, and at some point when it is needed reactivate Check profile again.
If you are sure you will never have use for old profile, then you can delete that, you will be promoted for the deletion, just click on the OK button.

You need to get logged in to the control panel.
From the Billing Section, click on the Billing Info.
A new window will appear in which, you would be able to see your current billing info.
Click on the drop down button, of the combo box given in the front of the Edit Billing Profile, and Select Check from that and then click on the Edit button given in front of that.
New window will appear, and here you can change your contact & billing info.
You will get back to your billing info form, but now you have to choose, either you will just activate your new profile, and leave old one in the system or you will remove old billing profile from the system, if you will never use it again.
If you will have further use of your old profile, you can leave it in the system, and when needed, it can be activated again.
Delete old profile. If you are sure you will never have use for old profile, select it from drop down menu and click on Delete button. You will be prompted if you are sure that you want to delete billing profile, just click on OK button
and now you will have only your new profile in the system.

I created lot of sub-domains, and thought It would bring traffic to my site, as page wealth will get increased, but now, I want to delete the un-wanted sub-domains. Please provide me the details, how can I do this ?

Get logged in to the control panel, and from that, get in the domain section by clicking on the Domain icon. The new window will appear, from that new window that will appear, look for Sub Domains section. Click on the Trash can icon next to Sub Domain that you want to delete. A form will appear which will say that:
You are about to disable SubDomain. All related data will be lost. Click on Yes, I agree with the above link.
New window will appear, where you have to check checkbox next to subdomain name you want to delete, in order to remove it’s web content.

Hi,

From your control panel, get into the domain section, by clicking on the domain icon. A new window that will appear, in the domain list, find Third level domain that you want to delete.
If you are not sure which one is that, you can always see what type of domain is each entry in the list, if you take a look at Type column.
Then, Click on the Trash can icon next to Third level domain that you want to delete. A form will appear asking your decision, click on Yes, I agree with the above link.
A New window will appear, where you have to check checkbox next to Third level domain name you want to delete, in order to remove it’s web content. Click on the Submit Button.

My domian is registered for one year, but, I came to know, that when the domains are registered for longer period, they are trusted more. How can I prolong my domain registeration.

Depending on now have you purchased your domain name, and how have you registered it, you can prolong your domain registration.
If you have done that yourself, you have to contact whoever you purchased your domain from, in other words your Registrar, and make payment for how much longer you want to use your domain. It can be from one month to several years. If you have used someone elses services to do that for you initially, you have to contact them, to do this for you.
You can always check when is your domain registration due to expire if you use WHIOS Lookup tool, where you should enter your domain name, without www prefix.
