Configuring a POP email account in Iphone email

To configure POP email account, first, locate and click the “Settings” icon. It is possible that it may be on a different screen or in a different location.
Then select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”,
and click “Add Account”.

Then choose “Other”.
Now click on “Add Mail Account” button
and enter the Name, Email address you want to configure and its password.

“Description” will automatically appear, but if you want to change, you can.
When finished, press “Next”.
Next, ensure the POP option is selected.

The POP email account has been setup on the Iphone, and you can see it listed under “Accounts”.

Turn SSL to on from the Incoming and outgoing settings menu ,click on the “server port “and make the POP port no. change to 995 in incoming and 465 for outgoing and click”Save”.Then restart your phone, for the changes to take effect.

How to setup your email signature in Iphone email

Now add your signature in the given space and click “Mail …”button to return.

Your e-mail signature is setup, which you can see by selecting “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, in signature box.

How to change your email password in Iphone email

First, locate and click the “Settings” icon. It is possible that it may be on a different screen or in a different location.
Then select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”,

How to delete an email account in Iphone email

First, locate and click the “Settings” icon. It is possible that it may be on a different screen or in a different location.
Then select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”

Configuring custom ports in Iphone e-mail

First, locate and click the “Settings” icon. It is possible that it may be on a different screen or in a different location. Then select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, and select the account for which you want to change the port no. Now click “SMTP” under “outgoing mail server”. Next click “primary server”. Next click “server port”; change the port from “25” to “587”.Click “done”.
