To create a web hosting support ticket:
- Log in to our client area:
http://whmcs.cpwebhosting.com/client/clientarea.php - Click on My Support Tickets link. Click on Submit Ticket tab.
- You will be able to see Support Tickets area where you can create tickets and send them to the department of your own choice.
- Choose the department you would like to send a ticket to, fill in the details and text. Click on Submit button, when done.
- The support ticket will be created and a copy of ticket will be emailed to the desired person.
- Click on My Support Tickets link. You will see the ticket you created just now. Click on the Subject of ticket to manage it. If required, you can add more details by typing them in the textbox. You can also mark the ticket as closed by clicking on the given option.
- Click on Client Area link.
